Huge suite with every comfort you need: Kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, living room with large flat TV, huge bath with bathtub, huge comfy bed with an array of pillows. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Fingerprint reader to enter the appartment: no badge you could loose or misplace. Free WiFi!

located in front of Spanish Ministry of Internal Affairs. Good location, 10min walking distance to the first historical square where you normally start a walking tour of Madrid. Was very quiet, no people, very good breakfast 12E a person which is super good for the center. If you go out you spend twice as much for breakfast. Room is small and cosy and they don't charge for children if they stay with you on the bed. Has little kitchen, can cook a bit. Overall good impression, hotel is either new

It is not in the midle of the touristic spot so you dont see 40+ years old tourists waddling around in their "comfortable" attire when you go outside of you hotel, instead, you are in the middle of the trendiest area. We had a wonderful time in this beautifully designed and extremely well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, elegant and welcoming. Attention to detail is for sure one of the key principles of this hotel, starting with the welcome (someone opening the door for you, we got offered as well a glass of Champagne to welcome us, water was provided for free in the room, ...).
