  The staff was completely accommodating, friendly, and speedy. The room design was very cool: exposed brick, bunk beds, ultra modern shower, and very quiet. Beds and blankets very cozy, crib already set up when we arrived including baby bedding. Tons of offerings for breakfast including fresh fruit which is difficult to find many times. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.
