  My room overwied the main street and had a balcony!!!! The bus stationwas right in front of the hotel!!! In my opinion this hotel in locatedin a very clean and safe area of Madrid. Next time when I will be inMadrid, I will stay at the same hotel: hotel prague!!!! - Great hotel, great location and friendly customer service. Everything is nearby.   In early Aug 2013, it was very hot in Madrid. I arrived to find there was no aircon in any room due to a generator failure. Too tired to relocate I stayed anyway. It was a very hot and uncomfortable night. The following day, management were quick to apologize, gave the first night free and upgraded my status to include b'fast for all 3 mornings of... hva folk sier » my stay. Bravo! If this is an indication of Eurostar policy, I am impressed. - Hotel is renovated and is very trendy, our room was good and clean. Cleaning was done well. We had no problems at all. We didn't take breakfast so cannot comment on it. It is well situated, with a tube stop just 3 minutes walk from the door. All major tourists sites are withing walking distance, Plaza del Sol only 5-7 mins away (Prado musem is about 15-20 minutes, so as Plaza Espania).
