We loved staying in this hostal. The staff is very friendly and helful and rooms look like normal hotel rooms. The accomadations were really great in terms of price/quality. Everything was clean and we had this room facing the street with a little balcony, just great. The location is the best you can have, being 5 minutes way from Plaza Mayor or Puerta del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, Gran Via, etc. Definetly the place to stay whenever we go to madrid.

The hotel is located in the center of the city only a short two blocks from the Sol Metro station. We could walk to the major areas of interest and the Atocha train station (cab with luggage). Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom. In the bedroom, the tv is embedded inside a big mirror! How cool! The bed is clean and comfortable. There are big windows in the room so plenty of natural light

It was a pleasant surprise to stay at an art showcase hotel: what an inspiration. When we arrived they were displaying beautiful photographs from an artist, on the following week they displayed paintings from a renowned andalusian painter. It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary.
Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time.
We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady!
Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.

I liked that this hostel is located straight in the very heart of
Madrid, it is not very expensive, the scinery out of the window is very
