Our stay was a delightful experience.
Eduardo couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, spending in excess of 20 minutes with us explaining all aspects of the apartment and Granada.
The apartment itself was lovely, having been recently completely refurbished, it was large and spotlessly clean.

The apartment has a beautiful interior, with outstanding tile flooring and high quality furniture throughout. The one bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people for one week. the clothes washing machine was very convenient, and a folding rack is provided for air drying clothes. the building seems secure and the on site management is very professional. the building is a short walk to the Alhambra and the Cathedral.

I liked the way that the hotel staff treating the guests...they were very polite and helpful. I really appreciate...The room was very clean and organized. The bathroom was very good. They had a little issue with their Internet, but he got us access codes from the hotel across the street. He gave us all sorts of information and advise. The hotel is also wonderful! Excellent location, very nice "Granadine" decoration, and jacuzzi!!! (We got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost, just because!!!)

There was a man on reception during the day who was always very helpful and pleasant and a lady on the night desk the same and the restaurant staff were very nice as well. The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.
