  Excellent: good sized appartments for family of 4 - good ammenities, air conditioning, balconies. A peaceful and an interesting part of the city to stay in - it was really good to see a 'slice' of Spanish life pass by. Very central - excellent location, clean, very nice, friendly and polite staff. Was useful to have free internet access. It is well located within walking distance to the town, restaurants and bus stop to visit the Alhambra, which is a must. Make sure you purchase your tickets in advance on line to skip the queues and make sure of what time you can enter.   The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough. The wifi worked very well and the beds and shower were well above standard. The design of the plac... hva folk sier » e is great. You are in a nice part of Granada not too busy but near a bus stop that takes you straight to the Alhambra. - We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.
