The rooms were clean and lockers were a good size, big enough for my 85L backpack. The laundry facilities were great (though having to wait 1 hour for the dryer to finish was a pain if you don't expect it). The shower was a good size with room to keep clothes inside (just bring a bag as there were no hooks). Great location, close to a metro station and the old quarter is the nicest part of Bilbao.
