location essentially on a cliff in the middle of this suburb of Bilbao. Interesting distance for the elevator between the ground floor and -1 (parking) - about the equivalent of 8 floors
bar and restaurant overlooking the river below (nice) and the distribution center on the other side of the river (less nice) -
Surprisingly good for a 3* hotel.

Very friendly staff, staying up late to let us in on a late flight. Nice
rooms, very clear and friendly, great decor in the restaurant. Family
breakfast specially prepared by granny, with yummy cakes. She will
prepare any extra wishes like eggs or bacon while you're listening
to a really good selection of music (chill surf jazzy chanson mix).

What can we say. It is a wonderful old family run Hotel. It's like staying in the family's home. They make you feel so welcome. Room was spacious and delightfully filled with antique furniture to match this old farmhouse. Close to station for 10 min trip into Bilbao. Perfect if you don't want to stay in a city centre. Breakfast great and gourmet evening meal a wonderful treat.
