Apartment was great. Everything was clean, spacious apartment. Not far to the Main Street. Value for money! The apartment also had a washing machine and a large roof terrace to dry all our clothes. The apt was spacious, modern reformed recently, very clean, comfortable , wifi, quiet, had most of equipment you would need for a short or long stay, except if it could have an electric kettle for a quick cup of tea as ceramic hob takes a while and boiling waler in pan could be dangerous when pouring into such small teacups. Otherwise very good.

Location great: Quiet area but with bars/restaurants close. 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus, 10 min walk to Plaza de Espana, 15 min walk (through Barrio Santa Cruz) to the Cathedral & the Alcazar. We stayed 5 pple for 3 nights at a price which I found to be extremely good value (abt 15 eur/person/night). We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and
instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation,
giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so
that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously
helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local

Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

Apartment Alameda 91 is located in a safe and quiet zone. Also the sightseeing tour bus stop nearby. The apartment is spaces and also equiped with a small kitchen for family tourists. Very clean and comfortable. The hoster is very nice to help us bring luggage and introduce room facilities and local sightseeing information for us.

Very nice apartments. The room is very big (some people live in less wide flats in Russia :) and it is equipped with all necessary.
I can't say, that location is bad, but be ready, that it will take you some time to get to the center of the city (15-20 minutes to Cathedral) and to bus and railway stations.

Having a washing machine was fantastic. It was close to Taller Flamenco school. Lots of eateries close by. Easy walk into main part of town. Very secure. Car park available on site. Internal atrium provides a lovely cool and windows look onto it instead of a road.
