  We are lucky to have chosen Birokrat Hotel for our three-week stay in Ljubljana. Very spacious rooms and apartments well equipped with all modern facilities. Very professional and hard-working manager of the hotel who does his best to satisfy the needs of the guests. The rooms are air-conditioned and you can regulate the temperature, when it is cold ou - The Birokrat was in a convenient location just a 15 minute bus ride to the city center. We were very please with the quality of the room which was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and directions. They also went out of their way to mail a library book and glasses that we left in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Although being situated a few kilometres out of the centre of town it was a brilliant place to stay for a few days. Very close to shopping malls and plenty of places to eat. €5 taxi into town and the staff would gladly order one. The hotel was spotless and the staff were so helpful. I wrote several times before arriving and I was answered immediat... hva folk sier » ely. The breakfast buffet was great. The rooms immaculately clean. Although hotel was 100 % full you would never have known it. Very quiet. Great litt - The room was very comfortable(very nice beds). Service from check in to check out was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. Kristen at the front desk was a very big help with transportation to and from the center city. All of our needs/requests were fulfilled quickly and to our liking. We were traveling with two smaller kids and the staff made this trip one to remember!

  We stayed in alts 1&2 with 5 people. We had plenty of room with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchenettes. The apartments are located a little less than a 10 minute walk to the market and downtown. We enjoyed the Christmas Market, which is more places to buy hot wine than merchants. The apartments are on the 2nd floor with no elevator and th - Very spacious for 5 people (2 apartments connected). Terrace lovely. WiFi good. All very new. All kitchen equipment required present. Professional service (phone inquiries, check-in/out). Excellent place to stay for exploring Ljubljana and surrounding area.

  Great location - about 10 minutes walk to the old town and about the same from the bus & train station. It's in a side street so there is no noise from any main roads. Our double room had great character - wooden floors, bed etc. Bathroom was basic but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good continental type - bread, hams, cheese, pastries, jam, fruit and eggs for boiling, plus tea, coffee, fruit jui - I had missed my flight connection so was arriving a day later and mentioned this to Petra who just waived off the day's fare for which I was not present! I was very touched. Petra and Angez (hope I got the spelling right!) who run the place are very warm and friendly people. The staff are very cordial, helpful and friendly too. I especially recall Marko and Rouk (do forgive my spelling errors!!) Excellent location, lovely food, weekly music concert on the terrace...highly recommended. I will go
