Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and had a wonderful view from the balcony to the mountains beyond. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with a large very clean bathroom. The balcony had lovely views of the mountains. The staff were exceptionally helpful and willing to please. Stella was brilliant and had lots of good suggestions about places to visit. We thought the location was amazing and there were lots of easy bike rides to do. we even cycled to Italy for lunch. We had a superb holiday that was truly enhanced by the wonderful accommodation, staff and generous portions of delicious food. Thank you

It is located in the quiet little village almost exactly on the triple border (Italy, Slovenia and Austria). In the morning you can hear only the stream near the house, bird singing and church bells - so relaxing and peaceful. It is a really nice starting position for a many one day picnics or other outgoing activities. We will definitely come back next year because there are so many nice places nearby to be discovered.
