  Fantastic resort!!! Excellent customer service, all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and check in was not until 2pm we were able to check into our room 2 hours prior to our check in time and were offered a free upgrade which we were very grateful for. Fabulous view from level 8, clean room,comfortable... hva folk sier » bed. Hotel pool was closed for maintenance but we were able to use the facilities at the Hard Rock Hotel which were fabulous.Sentosa Island is 30 min - Festive Hotel is one of the hotels in the heart of Sentosa. The family room has a little loft bed for the kids. Both our children 8 and 5 slept up there together. When we were looking for a last minute place to stay in Singapore we found the Festive Hotel for 45% off the normal price during a 4 night stay during the week (be aware the price they show is excluding the taxes unlike the other hotels which include the taxes in the price). We would NOT have stayed at the hotel at it's original price

  We got a last-min deal from letsbookhotel.com at 50% off. Due to the price, we thought we would get one of the not-so-good rooms at Michael, as we didnt like the rooms in Hard Rock and Festive before. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff, Jake, told us that the hotel was giving us a complimentary upgrade to their newly-furnished ro... hva folk sier » om. When we saw the room we were dumbfounded. It was beautiful and really clean! We love the furniture and fittings. Our kids were excited over the ro - Surprised at first to see much renovations going on at the lobby/reception area but it wasn't noisy. We were gratefully upgraded to the suite on the highest floor and it was 'jaw dropping' spacious! Pleasant surprise.
