Unobtrusive but responsive service. Two bedroom suite was just right for our family and reasonably priced compared to the nearby expensive hotel alternatives. -
Very comfortable and accomodating destination to stay. Facilities were excellent, with friendly, efficient staff.

We are currently staying at the Le Grove Apts which we are thoroughly enjoying. Its very convenient to Orchard Rd & they have a complementary bus that runs 7 days.
Every thing you require is in the apt. Breakfast is great with staff very attentive. Pool area ok but they need more comfortable sun lounges. No breakfast on the weekends! But

being home and yet having all the amenities of a hotel stay...the staff
were friendly and helpful...it's great when you are on vacation with
your family, because you have the privacy you need yet all the space
necessary...a great deal... Will definitely make this our home every
time we visit Singapore.

The breakfast buffet on the first floor was excellent with American styled breakfast to Asian breakfast foods. The fitness center is clean and can be accessed any time of day by just asking the front desk staff (between 10pm- 6am). The location was also ideal for business meetings. It is also off of Orchard Road, which allowed for a quieter sleep at night. I would stay here again.

The staff were all-round excellent, from the receptionist, Hui Wen, to the floor butler, Faizali and the floor manager, Jason. All of them made me feel very welcome.
The facilities were generally top-notch too, in particular, the very spacious Lady Astor room on the 12th floor to which I was upgraded free of charge. These are the little things that make St. Regis stand out. Truly world-class service.

very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out.
