We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. Sighisoara is such a picturesque city with friendly locals and gorgeous views. The staff at this hotel were really helpful and warm and had all the time in the world to chat about things to do and to give us any other tips. The room was outstanding, we felt very well looked after. Staff are helpful

Facilities are all in pristine condition and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was very good and the hotel is in close proximity to the medieval city (10 minute walk). Given all of this and the fact that it is easy to get to via the E60, I will certainly stay there again.

Everything: excellent location, in the Rose Square (ok, you might hear some ambulances or police vehicles, during the night, but is not disturbing), very rich breakfast, nice ladies in reception and restaurant, they also have a coffee-shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful, like Claudio who helped us with our bags or the woman of the Spa who speaks spanish perfectly. Everyone was very flexible and professional, they opened the spa to our convenience. We ordered sandwiches in our room and they were delicious and at a great price. I specially liked the design of the hotel in general, including the spa.
