I like that the staff was very friendly in assisting with any issue that came up and quickly resolved it. They were even nice enough to accommodate us and extra hour after check out because i had a later flight. Awesome Hotel!!! -

The conditions are very good, everything is very new, clean and the beds
are very comfortable. We stayed when it's was cold outside but the
room has very warmth. It's close to the old center, 5 minutes by the
car. Next time when we will come back to Sibiu, definitely will choose

Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms are very clean and sound-proofed more than enough. The bed was not too soft, not too hard, just perfect. This hotel has also smoking rooms, which is great for smokers. Hot water is available 24/7 and shower pressure is high, which is more and more difficult to find especially in West European hotels.I did not have any problem to park the car (for free) on hotel's reserved parking places just in front of the entry.Don't be afraid to test the restaurant.
