This cause some noise and smoke in the room from patio below, but turned out to be a huge bonus when an elaborate graduation procession (military and university) marched right past the window. Though situated on a pedestrian street, it has comfortable parking places in 50 meters from hotel, which was very useful. The full breakfast here is really good, one of the best we had in Romania. Rooms with windows looking to street N. Balcescu have a nice view. I would recommend this place to everyone!
