  Everything was so perfect with this apartment. It is located right by the main pedestrian street of Krakow walkiong distance from everything in the city. The check in was easy, the women who takes care of the apartments let the key at the Mexican restaurant downstairs. When we arrived in the room, we had everything we needed (towels, a map with so... hva folk sier » me recommendations of restaurants, bars, etc., as well as other relevant things. The next day, she explained us a lot of things about the city, availa - The location is perfect. The rooms were a little basic but more than good enough for their price and location. The staff was nice and helpful. They contacted us by email a couple of days before our arrival to Cracow to ask us about our arrival time in order to be available to deliver to us the keys (as there is not reception). We answered to them, arrived on time and found them waiting for us as arranged. We got advice from them on restaurants and other issues that we asked them about.

  Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in. All in all this is a great little hostel in an a - The Tulip in close to everything. The staff...Omid and Reza are friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Since it is a fairly new hostel, it is a work in progress..so they are still improving it. It is clean, safe and inexpensive, an excellent place to see the sights and experience Krakow by foot. All the interesting place are walkable.

  Staff was very friendly. The cafe downstairs was a nice place to sit and have a drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow! - It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.
