Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

Fantastic clean and new apartments. Nice kitchen and big luxurious bathroom. Big tv and comfortable beds. Like being at home! Easy to find and within 15 minutes walk to the old town and the train station. Lovely girl at reception checked us in and showed us all the things to see and do on the map and we could even use the printer in the reception. We could also use the washing machine in the room and the hotel provided free washing powder too.

The best thing was that it was so close to the main square. Can't get any closer if you don't actually live on the square. I stayed at the top flat on the right - 4 up I think it was. My room was great. With a slanting roof, big beems and really well done up. Small kitchen area and bathroom. Being a female staying on my own it was actually very okay that I had to open 3 locks to get to my room. Makes you feel quite safe - not that I have heard that it would be a problem in Krakow. I liked it all. The staff is superb - their office is just nearby - 20 meters away. They are at the place upon your arrival and they give you two keys. We stayed in the Galeria II, good size for 4 adults. Location is excellant, can walk to the Square in 10 minutes. A 24-hour supermarket is directly under the building with no extra noise. It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

We stayed in Krakow at May. Hotel occupies the 1st floor in old building. There are two types of rooms with view on the internal yard or on the street. Both are ok. Yard is silent (bird's songs at the morning). Noise till to 4-5 a.m. from the street in the second case (no condition system - window was open at the night), more vital and dynamic view.
Ideal location (close to the Market Square and Wawel Castle). Good helpful staff. Facilities are ok. Good ratio price-quality.

Nice hotel with all the important details like wifi, nice bath, nice beds, nice service, helpful staff, secure -however expensive- parking, coffee and the in the room.
