Nice clean and modern hotel with friendly staff that has excellent level of English. The hotel is surrounded with shopping centers, which is quite useful. You can reach the center of the city by bus within 15 minutes. The breakfast is very, very tasty and has large amount of different dishes. There is a hairdressing salon right in the hotel.

Vi fikk et svært lite rom med meget dårlige madrasser første natten. Skittent teppe på golvet.Ga beskjed til personalet(Chris) på en pen måte og lurte på om det fantes en extra madrass om ikke annet. Han sa vi skulle få et nytt bedre rom neste dag, og det fikk vi til gangs!Stort luftig rom på toppen m bedre senger og nydelig bad,helt topp! Super se

The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again -
