Good location. Close to restaurants and city center. Lots of good food choices around. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Any requests were immediately accommodated. Safe area to walk do to many restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom was big. Good cleaning. WI-FI in the room worked well. Not expensive breakfast

I'm giving 5 stars for services and comfort even though it's not a 5 star hotel because it's far better than you'd expect from a budget hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful and there is always someone fluent in English at the desk. Excellent maid service, a small bar with wi fi in the lobby, and the breakfast buffet is decent if you don't feel like going out. Great location too!! We love this place! A friend recommended this hotel and he was right!

Everything about this hotel was done well...the decor is outstanding, and everything was beautifully maintained. Lots of atmosphere, including the pleasant sounds of he fountain in the lobby atrium and soft piano music (live!) even at breakfast. Very good breakfast buffet and menu, and delicious dinner...even vegetarian.

This hotel is a kind of "posada", really nice! 100% mexican style. All the staff have been really kind with me, it is like to be at home. I had room nr. 12, just in front of the pool, very quiet place, seems to be in a colonial house! Good breakfast (included), no dinner, only snacks. The hotel was architecturally very pleasing to the eye. The colors were happy, the murals tastefully done and the plants are soothing, making us feel very warm and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. One of the perks was off street valet private parking. We had a wonderful stay and we look forward to staying there again. We recommend this to anyone staying in Tlaquepaque.
