  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent. Even the gardener was friendly and warm. Brft was delicious and had omlette made perfectly. - Despite the reservation I had made to this hotel, I didn't realize it was s... hva folk sier » o far from downtown. As soon as I got there, I asked the manager to switch to a different hotel. He kindly sent me to the Casino Plaza hotel in downtown. I really apreciated it. Thank you, guys!

FOr the price of a hotel room (a very good price) we had a living room, bedroom, and kitchen (the kitchen was in a separate room), the living room was very large and the bedroom was a fantastic size. We will stay there again on our next trip through (we do minimum once a year). The area is so quiet - Excellent rooms with a balcony facing the pool (staff bent over backwards to let me pick the best room, since it was low season). Very helpful reception desk (booked a customized Tequila trip for me). Safe and quiet area.
