I was so tired when I arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m., I got a quick meal at the restaurant, changed into my sleep shirt got into bed and slept 9 hours straight (I had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. the next morning). Staff very polite and provide a good service. Our security box was
defective and immediatly after we did mentionned, somebody came to fix

The price of our five day stay was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. The free continental breakfast was very good and helped us saved money. We will recommend the Hampton Inn to family and friends. We plan to return to Mexico City next year and we will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn. -

I have stayed at many hotels in Mexico City...some much more expensive...but this hotel has a great location, rooms are large and clean, staff was extremely welcoming, professional and friendly...and they upgraded my room without asking as a courtesy....wonderful stay...this will be my go to Hotel from now on...the hotel shopping is done...stay he

Easy to get a taxi as they're out the front
Friendly staff
Breakfast was adequate - toast, muesli, yoghurt, donuts, a hot dish, fruit, tea and coffee and available until quite late each day
Wifi was intermittent and didnt actually work the last 24hrs if our stay but mostly ok if you stand in the right place in your room !
Rooms were clean, comfortable and quirky !
