  Was perfect! The owners were so helpfull, nice and friendly that its hart to describe. Its a lovely couple, that has a great actitude towards their guests. Not just maps and advices were to go, but Jan helped us to get tickets to Chichen Itza, then to Playa del Carmen (they were brought to hotel), orgnized loundry for us (small charge) etc. Hotel ... hva folk sier » has a beautiful design in the outside and inside. Outside is colorfull, clean, with swimmingpool, little bar and place to have a meal. Inside is amazi - The owner Yan is from Holland. He has a perfect sense of Hospitality. Everything is arranged in a perfect way. Besides nice hotel service he also provided lots of advice and suggestion about the trip around Merida area. He mention that if he is not very busy he could also drive the guest for a day trip near by of course with very reasonable charge. Yan could also help to make a travel package include hotel and Maya heritages.The breakfast is diversify. You could enjoy different Mexico homemade

  It is a beautiful property with a exceptional architecture and recently renovated image, in additionwe can said that the devotion to serve of the staff and Luis the manager is amasing, our stay was full of details specially to fix an itinerary to know the main atractions in town and the food they cook for us was really good.
