  I like everything about this hotel. All of the staff was totally outstanding and helpful in every way. Thank you Luis and Patricia. It was very clean and well maintain....everything was spotless. The location was great as we could walk to everything. The buffet breakfast was a+ and gave us the opportunity to try different Mexican food and the serv... hva folk sier » ice was a + as well. We will go back to this hotel when we return to Merida. We love this hotel! - The staff was great! The room was big and luxe with a view on Paseo de Montejo. We got a welcome drink at the bar and where close to a nice italian restaurant.

  Swimming pool Food Room - The buffet at the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to watch a Sunday Night Football game, although the reception made it look like a snowstorm and it was in spanish. It was clean and sufficient for the night.

  We had a very pleasant stay here! The rooms are nice, the host was very kind and we really enjoyed our stay. - The stuff are really nice, and I like the decorations on all the walls very much.
