Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

  We have been more than happy for our choice. This cozy boutique hotel it is right in La Quinta avenue, in a perfect location for shopping, dining and going to the beach. The staff is very kind, always available for any advise you might need to explore the area. The hotel gave us free beach towels and discounts for Ma - The personnel was very, very nice and caring. I could change my room after two nights (I wanted a room with own balcony). I loved the candles by night and the nice public balcony with sofa where you could watch over the street and have your coffee. (Starbuck was just opposite.)
