  Perfect place for young travelers looking to travel on a tight budget. The location is premium, right on 5th Ave in the middle of all the fun, and a block away from the beach! The place is simple, but neat and cozy. Rooms are air conditioned, and kept clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is more than enoug - Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

  The rooms were very cozy and the cleaning was very good. And it was the perfect distance to the beaches, and they had enough towels both for beach use and the room. The operation was handy to help with anything we needed, they even arranged a water dispancer to us that we could drink water from it.
