  The location was brilliant, we needed to be near the bus station and we were about 2 mins away! Always a taxi nearby and near some very good places to eat! Bar on the roof is very mellow and has a good mood/vibe. Breakfast was also fine. Cereal toast etc.... What you would expect in a hostel! - The staff were very friendly and willing to please. ... hva folk sier » Arriving late at night the area looked rough. Good as a one night starting point if arriving in Cancun by bus as it is very close to the central bus station. Clean room and bathroom.

  The rooms were large and well equipped. There was plenty of space/seats around the pool and beach. The day spa gave us a good deal on massages. The staff in the restaurants were friendly. The staff very kindly organized for a doctor to see my husband when he became sick. Tours we wanted to do we're booked quickly and easily through concierge and a... hva folk sier » t the same price. We didn't attend activities but there always seemed to be a show or imilar happening. - I loved the staff! I wanted to stay one night only but that receptionist made stay more because she was nice ,friendly and professional.the place is clean and you have nice view and nice food and leisure. The tour desk man Louis was very pleasant too and advised and good things to do even off the topic.i generally advise whoever wants to chill out and enjoy their time to go there.
