99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The
breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all
great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite
and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had

of the lobby and the fully stained glass ceiling. The location was
perfect. -
The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel.
Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

The price of our five day stay was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. The free continental breakfast was very good and helped us saved money. We will recommend the Hampton Inn to family and friends. We plan to return to Mexico City next year and we will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn. -

This place was incredible, and for the price, ridiculous considering
what we got. The hotel is relatively brand new right down to the
furnishings. We tried to stay at the Hotel Fontan originally and they
screwed us on our booking. These guys were very accommodating offering
us a twin room, directions, laundry and information about tours. When
it even came time to leave, they carried our bags and offered us a free
drink as we made our way to the airport. The location is perfect and
