The hotel was very nice. My room on the 5th floor looked over the pool. The room was a king size room and very spacious. Bed was great, pillows firm. I slept very well all 3 nights. The staff at check in were great and answered my questions later plus called a cab for me. -

Balcon del Cielo is a fantastic location. A modern funicular takes you to downtown Guanajuato en 10 minutes, and in 20 steps to the top of a mountain where you can see the whole city. I was amazed by the interior design, practical, functional, clean. Five stars for Balcon del Cielo !! -

The hotel faced a small park that was absolutely in the center of town. The location could not be better. The building is beautifully remodeled with a stained glass canopy over the central atrium with rooms facing the atrium. Our room had 20 foot beamed ceilings and was very quiet and comfortable. -
