Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.   The locality is centralised. The front reception staff are accomodating with certain request. We had to check out by 12pm but there was a delay and requested to check out at 1pm. No issue or extra payment needed. Thanks - Room is big for 4 people. Location is central and next to Centro shopping mall.
