I like the staff's approach to us, very kind, helpful and considerate. They always greeted us when we passed by to them. All that we asked was granted especially luggage storage.   I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   I was stayed 2 days in Family dormitory room. Room was clean & comfortable except the train sound at night time.but its not much problem. The toilet is no lock & visible at bottom.with out our family member or unknown person cant stay in this room. Location very comfortable. Lrt & bus stops very nearer.   I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.   The locality is centralised. The front reception staff are accomodating with certain request. We had to check out by 12pm but there was a delay and requested to check out at 1pm. No issue or extra payment needed. Thanks - Room is big for 4 people. Location is central and next to Centro shopping mall.
