This hotel is owned by a Johorean.The staff was helpful & speak Engish They have plenty of carpark lots. Room was clean & bright. Bed was comfortable. There is a chinese restuarant & some eatary just opp. the hotel.Breakfast was well spread.It takes only 20mins walk to Jonker street. Please take note that all King size bedroom does not have sea view. I will have my second visit in this hotel again.

Hotel room size is reasonably big, not too small as with some budget hotels. Room rate is fine. Decor is nice and cosy. Staff are helpful. Room spacious and clean. 20 mins walk to Jonker Street. Friendly hotel reception. Easy to find parking and free. WiFi is free of charge but slow. Breakfast included. Value for money. Definitely will come back again. The staff is very nice. There have 24 hours front desk, although you are check in late, but you still able to check in to this hotel for stay. The room is nice and big. I stayed for just 1 night here. I take swan suite for only RM268. The room was superbly clean and tidy. Nice decoration, modern english style.Good breakfast. Breakfast spread was okay but can offer codiments like cut chilli, chilli sauce, tomato sauce etc. Did not seem to find any as after all this is an Asian country and people tend to take chilli etc. The transport service for ferrying guests to town is new and good but worry if there is a larger group of more than four to five people, how is transportation done, in two trips or even more? Maybe, can consider to have a van as well. Not sure if there is one. Not recommended location to stay if you seeking for quiet hotel. Hotel seems under staff all the time (From reception to house keeping to cafe). Quite hard to find the location because there don't have this address in gps. But finally we have found it. If cost lower a bit, that's Good. Services of staff at the reception is not good. Not well trained. no swimming pool. The hotel gave me the wrong room when I check in. Please be careful when handling customer's information. If the room pictures not correct please remove it. Feel disappointed when I get in the room. That day is our 1st anniversary. No hair dryer. No hair dryer in the room. No slipper in the room. Busy street, noise at night. The room is a little bit gloomy. So so. The carpet inside the rooms seems not clean properly, dusty feeling. Breakfast - not much variety. Lack of power socket. We have two rooms and both have serious drainage problems when we shower and one of the toilet bowl was blocked as well. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the attractions but accessable by cab. Took me quite long to check-in. Only one staff at the front desk. lack of facilities due to newly open (few months old up todate).staff are not efficient in handling guest request. No taxi on spot. But can be called by reception. The balcony is of no practical use. Should have some plants to make it into a small garden. 打客服电话总是没人接听，对客服不满意~ 靠马路一面的房间非常的吵闹！！！晚上摩托车发出巨大的响声，源源不断，直到晚上3点以后,当天完全没有休息好！ The service hotline always has no answer. not satisfy with customer service. The room along the main road is very noise!!! The motos make terrible and big sound one by one until 3am. Cannot sleep at all. the distance from Jonker Walk. The shower area choke while taking a bath.It takes quite a while for the water pool to subside. besides road a bit noisy with motorbike and cars. King size bed more like queen. The shower water pressure is a little too weak. Similarly for the basin. poor breakfast.. balcony very dirty.. A bit pricey. the suite we stayed, the water tend to stuck n did not go down when we were bathing. hotel card sensor quite insensitive, we need to tab for quite awhile in the lift to wait for it to sense the card in order for us to tab which floor we want to go. the aircond always will have a tick sound. the hotel rate quite expensive for me if compare to other hotel rate in the same standard elswhere and also I get a room that have problem with water drainage, the water stuck and I need to clean it by myself. Staff not friendly and wifi not available in the room..disappointed.. the safe never got fixed, despite telling them 4 times and reception promising it would be done. bit far from jonker st to do a couple trips a day. breakfast was sub par at best. there was a reman restaurant that was really disappointing right next to the hotel.
