The cleanliness.. Staff performance is good. Nearest city. Hot water is very good, the drainage under shower is well designed, the mirror in toilet is big and great! Can find some restaurant nearby! It's quite new! Hot & cold Water machine is served out of the room. Simple for short stay with reasonable price. The wall is not sound proof enough. Can hear your neighbor talking when it is too loud or when they closed the door loudly.
