  The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. If I were to go to Malaysia and stay in KL again, I would definitely book at Hotel Imperial. Two- - Location is superb, close to Bukit Bintang Monorail.
