  This hotel is newly refurbished so the bed is new, air-con working fine, rooms newly painted and the toilet is ok too. Staff service was really friendly and they can be a good guide around the city. Location is good as well.   The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. I was late for my check in (as their reception operates from 9-6pm), staff still came down to attend to me. Staff brought me up to my room to show me around.   Good location, close to the KL monorail station - It was a stone throw away for the commercial district of Bukit Binatang. They location is very ideal bec it is also walking distance to the monorail station. Very accessible to "teksi" and just a few blocks away from different shops like Sungwei plaza; Bintang Plaza; Lot 10; Pavillion, etc.
