  I liked the staff more. Most of them were friendly especially Vishwa. I come from Ghana and am telling all my friends to lodge at this hotel when they come to Malaysia - The room was clean and has a nice smile when we enter and the bathroom was nice. Despite, some bad comments i gave i do recommend this hotel.

  I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.   I like the location of the hotel. It is just +-600 meters from Berjaya times Square (bts) Shopping Mall. The taxi fair from bts to the hotel is less than rm4.00. The hotel also next to Furama Hotel and Orkid Hotel. The taxi driver do not know the exact location of the hotel since it is a new hotel there. If you want to use monorail...the nearest stat - The staff were extremely friendly and were always very ready to attend to all their guests' needs. Though they were lacking in certain aspects of service, it was enough to meet our basic needs. Furthermore, the hotel provides free shuttle service to Imbi Station or KL Central, which proves convenient for our departure transfer. However, you will need to book it way ahead the day of use as it is always pretty fully booked. The triple room we got was extremely spacious too.

Every time I go to travel I am forced to stay at the reception for a while till they finish my registration. Ms. Kay was helpful and patient enough to answer all my questions. The breakfast is great, I am really happy to be there, and surely will be there again. the room was super clean and I liked the view from the window
