Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. I loved the hotel and their staff were very friendly and helpful .. even
the securitys were friendly and helped us with the taxi .. we booked one
bedroom suit and it was clean and well equipped kitchenette .. I loved
the bathroom it felt like home.. The a/c was perfect so when u
return to ur suit u well forget about the humidity outside, the
breakfast was delicious and healthy but needed more variety and more
vegetables ( tomatos, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, carrots) ect.. :) the

We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service.

The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator
in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very
attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and
Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is
friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of
it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.
