Staff were very friendly and helpfull I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels Fracer place really impressed me. I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available For sure will recommend

  The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

  The roof top pool with FANTASTIC VIEWS--the buffet breakfast had choices to suit everyone--my room was ideal in size -space and functions. Room housekeepers kept everything as neat as a pin topping up soaps --shampoos- and coffees teas Etc and my room was always beautifully cleaned. The security guys helped make me feel safe and the taxi service stand was again always h - I loved the hotel and their staff were very friendly and helpful .. even the securitys were friendly and helped us with the taxi .. we booked one bedroom suit and it was clean and well equipped kitchenette .. I loved the bathroom it felt like home.. The a/c was perfect so when u return to ur suit u well forget about the humidity outside, the breakfast was delicious and healthy but needed more variety and more vegetables ( tomatos, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, carrots) ect.. :) the wifi is good b
