Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.
Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil
Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull
I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels
Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our
favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4
pm; the staff at The Bussiness centre let us use the fax machine

We stayed in Westin for 3 nights 4th - 7th Oct 2013.
The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

its cleanliness,proximity to shopping and transport. Staff are friendly and courteous, breakfast and coffee-house environment are soothing and relax. - Decorate in my room and service from hotel staff is very good. I recommend that late check out should be until 2.00 PM. if your room is available.

The breakfast and the service were excellent. It was easy to move around for shopping. My sister and myself were so happy that we have recommended your hotel to our colleagues and parents. - The hotel location was very good, since it is in the centwer of the town, also the shopping center located in the hotels

Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around.
It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime.
The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life.
All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. The rooms where clean and tidy and

The location was the best with walking distance to any place 10mins away and the free bus ride within the city area overing KLCC and main halts like the Pudu bus station, Central market, Bukit Bingtan shopping area etc. Cleanliness was ok. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.

The private suite has a lot of cockroaches and smelly. Thus, we requested to stay at the V garden hotel, and the staffs were helpful and allow us to change to other type of room.

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights at the end of September. Check-
in went smoothly, staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 x 1
bedroom apartments in the Residences and the views were great from the
30th floor. They apartments were serviced daily, king size bed was very
comfy, large flat screen tv, nice modern bathroom and kitchette

THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER…..I can’t say enough about the Damas Suites. From the moment I arrived (a bit grumpy if I’m honest) the manager, Richard, leapt from reception with a huge smile to carry my bags in himself. It was like arriving home! The infinity pool is beautiful, great sauna, gym with a lovely view of a water feature and greenery

Me and my friend stay at the deluxe studio suite. It was a huge room. There was the dining area, a decent kitchenette, and like a divided bedroom area separated with a sliding glass door. Apart From that comes along a spacious balcony event. Ours was facing the Hartamas shopping center.
The hotel has a direct link to the Hartamas shopping centre it was real easy for us doing groceries.
Our purpose staying at this hotel was to be out of they city area and it's nearer to the places that we wanted
