The staff was very helpful. We thought we would be late for the 6:00pm dinner, we called from the Kegon Waterfalls in Nikko and the staff assured they would hold our dinner for us. They also gave us tips for the best way to get from the Tobu Nikko station to Kinugawa Onsen station. A staff member showed us to our room and explained the room setup. Ms. Rumiko was our attendant for the Japanese style dinner. She served the food and explained each dish in detail. alle vurderinger »
