  The staff are excellent. Impeccably courteous, of course, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious, and had two views, as it was a corner room. One overlooked a nice garden. It was quiet and restful, yet convenient to subway stops and really nice and (seriously) inexpensive restaurants (just beside the nearby ana Hotel, part of the shops which... hva folk sier » are part of the Suntory Hall complex). There are plenty of competitive shops on the streets near the hotel, so you're in no way hostage to the hotel - The Hotel Okura is well maintained and a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Staff is super friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom, small but clean and with everything you might need. Very clean in general. Decoration of the Hotel is a minimalistic Japanese style.

  The hotel is placed right in front of the Tokyo tower, in the Shiba park, and it's right next the Zojo-ji temple. You can access within 5 minutes the E and I lines of the subway and get quickly to roppongi, ginza, and anywhere you need. The service is excellent - especially the staff working at conciergerie. I suggest a corner room - not he cheapest but definitively worth the experience. Th - I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge. The staff is of course very friendly courteous. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.
