Hotel is the cheapest one in Bolzano, but still offers great value. Some reviews are either misleading or very negative, which is unfair to this hotel. I have stayed in Italy in many so-called 4 star hotels which had lesser quality. Downstairs in the street there is good restaurant with the same name, good italian cuisine.

We loved the location, close to many sights in Bolzano. Ivan was there to welcome us, even though we were around 4 hours later than originally anticipated. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable, with a wonderful view to the mountains. Parking available on site for a fee, convenient. We would stay here again. -
