The pool area was great with a stunning view over the bay. The snack bar served excellent salads and paninis for lunch. The accommodation was spartan but clean and comfortable and well-designed so that you stay cool even at the hottest part of the day. The staff were very helpful and considerate and the shuttle bus down to the town is a great benefit. Ring or e-mail ahead and they will pick you up from the ferry when you arrive.

Very good location if you like to discover east Sicily, very peacefull accomodation just relax in the garden around the mountains and orange trees (you will need quiet and relaxing enviroment after all-day drive in Sicily).The kitchen is very good they just use organic(bio) food mainly from their gardens or from the village. The island had been closed for any boats because of weather, so the owner contacted us and proposed to change for the next day. However, it was in November - low season. The rooms with sea view are great (because of the sea view). There is also terrace with swings and chairs. Rooms are big, with small kitchen and old styled furniture. Very cosy. J

Excellent location few minutes walk from centre of Stromboli village, large spacious well equipped room with terrace overlooking sea and mountain behind. Staff able to book trek to crater for guests, breakfast served at nearby bar with good choice of items. Main reason for visit was the crater trek, but found that there is so much more to do on the island.

First we've got a room on top of the hill and no balcony. After we've told the staff that I can't walk all too good they gave us an appartement just across the restaurant. The rooms were spacious and the shower is great. Good beds and overall a nice place to stay.

This was a very relaxing stay for us. The resort has all the normal facilities, rooms are very comfortable, staff are excellent and go out their way to make you feel at home. It's also close to other cities ie Augusta and Syracuse and is a easy short drive to Mt Etna. -

The loaction may seem a little way-out but its a short walk to a good beach. The owner was really nice and helped us print our airline ticket in his house. There is a nice area for BBQ out the back, and a little retreat with hammocks. We would recommend this for a group of people to stay as the on-site bar/restaurant is a good place to chill. very comfortable altogether!
