Ettore was a wonderful and thoughtful host that made our stay very enjoyable. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. He offered a great overview of things to see and do not only in Sorrento but on the Amalfi Coast. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to suggest some great restaurants. This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here.
There are a few issues though. First there is no breakfast, no food at all. You will get a meal ticket, you can use this to pay for a coffe and a croissant at the coffe bar at Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore, a 7 min walk from the hote

The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. The hotel is smart, very clean, really good value for the price you can use everything in the kitchen, the host is really-really nice and helfpul, even if they doesn't speak much English, but it wasn't a problem at all.

Actually, this hotel is reconstructed from an appartment. There are 3 rooms in one flat with private bathroom and toilette. and also one salon for share and breakfast. The host leave the food, tea, coffee in the salon. the location is near the histrical center, very convenience. I think it's good value for money.

This was my favorite hotel stay on our trip to Italy. Pepe and his staff
were the best; professional, super friendly, I can't say more to
express how warm and helpful they were. We had a wonderful room. It had
all the amenities we needed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was more
than wonderful. The location was spot on, right in the middle of town.
It's all you could want and need for a lovely stay in Sorrento.
