  We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail was taken care of in and out of the room. All kinds of little extras in the room and then there were bicycles available to each person at all times. Location outside the city walls but with use of bikes and walking Lucca readily accessible. We arrived late and they booked a locals restaurant around the corner which was good value.

  We stayed in the Residanza-part of the hotel (another building 50m. down the street). It was a large room, big double bed and a big bathroom. Nice and quiet! - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The choice of food and drinksfor breakfast was huge.
