  We stayed in the Residanza-part of the hotel (another building 50m. down the street). It was a large room, big double bed and a big bathroom. Nice and quiet! - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The choice of food and drinksfor breakfast was huge. The hotel is situated close to the centre sonothing is very far away. - A very well run, comfor... hva folk sier » table and quiet hotel. One review refers to the location being a long way from the centre of Lucca - this is nonsense, it takes no more than 5 - 8 minutes to walk to Piazza San Michele - an excellent location.

  Everything! This is our fourth stay at Palazzo Alexander and it is my favorite place to stay in Italy.
