The location. It is simply stunning. The piazza is a really buzzy place. There are good restaurants all around the area; great home made pasta to bring back. Eating in is a delight, as the apartment has a better view than any restaurant. The facilities are fine. It's very clean, there are oodles of towels and the hot water is hot. What more do you want? 5 star hotel it isn't, but value for money it is exceptional. The couple who run it are delightful, and we are now working on a plan to

The owners were friendly and very accomodating. They recommended local restaurants and made reservations on our behalf for the restaurant and a taxi. The location is great, just 2 blocks from the walled city so it was convenient for us walk or bicycle to the walled city. The complementary bicycles were a great plus. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Large warm pool in a big, lush garden setting. Option to eat outdoors at each meal which we did. The room was a good size, excellent bed and the bathroom was modern with a nice bath. The oublic areas, bar and lounges were inviting and the staff were vey attentive. Overall it was fantastic.
