  Feel like I made an informed decision based on the reviews I read. Sure, the room and shower were quite small but I was experiencing travel like the Europeans do. I have stayed in smaller rooms. Located near Termini railway station. A large (comparing to other hotels in Rome), simple but clean room, it has all necessary facilities. For breakfast you need to go to a cafe outside, where you can have a cup of coffee/tea/milk and a cake which are very tasty. The main historical places are a 30-min walk from the hotel.   We were positively surprised when we saw our room, it was much bigger than any ordinary three/four stars hotel, everything was clean, nicely designed. The bathroom is separated from the room, but it's just across the corridor, with everything you need. The hotel is walking distance from the colosseum and roman forum and is also right next to Saint Giovanni metro for people who would prefer not to walk. It is in a fantastic location with a view from the window onto the main street where there is always something happening. Shut the windows and there is absolute quiet for sleeping.
