The location of this hotel was absolutely great! Just a 40-minute ride from Venezia Santa Lucia station by vaporetto and you are in the very heart of Venice. The place is easy to find and easy to go to everywhere.
The single room is big enough for one person and is clean. They make it clean everyday.
Even though it is shared bathroom I found it not very busily used so I don't have to wait for long. But you need bring your own shampoo and showering gel.

The hotel is in a quiet area very close to St. Mark's Square. The
reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of
breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of
the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided.
The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel.
The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and
most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily
stai in Hotel

The location was INCREDIBLE! The room was perfect and even had a roomy balcony. I can't say enough good things about the staff. I stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. All the staff were professional, friendly, helpful and gave insider tips on best places to eat, visit. My family stayed here for i night and enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful giving us advice where to eat, shop and visit the landmarks. Having a very good location and close to everything, we enjoy our walks and shopping.
By the way, i loved the kitchen and the bathroom, i felt i was just home in canada. We would positively come back and stay again in our next vacation.

It was a perfect location, a 5-10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square but tucked away from the crowds of tourists in Venice. It was as nice as a hotel but felt small and quaint instead of industrial. The staff member that worked there was extraordinary. She was the most pleasant person we met in Venice.
