  This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board). They said the views from the winter garden were magnificent.

It is on the Island of Lito about 20 boat ride from the Grand Canal. It was nice to get away from the tourist area of Venice.   The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs. Also although it was the lowest priced hotel for a single traveller, it offered so much more than than expected.   excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs.   Very good location in the center of Lido. Nice surroundings. Very full breakfast. The staff is excellent! Rooms with the antique furniture and very nice. - nice room with a view, bird chirping outside, we had a balcony with a view of the strieet, and close to the beach, 2 blocks from the water ferry
